I have spent every moment of my free time in the last few days diving in to finally build something on my own: a web application.

Over the past few months, I’ve been immersing myself in the world of AI—not just reading the headlines, but rolling up my sleeves and experimenting. My goal? To apply AI directly to what I know best: digital marketing. That includes Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, performance analytics, automation, and strategy. I’ve been studying how AI can accelerate campaign building, automate redundant tasks, generate smart reporting, and even help marketers build tools of their own.

I've learned how to automate tasks, create apps, craft effective prompts, develop a personal documentation library, and so much more. It’s been a masterclass—and it’s made me a significantly better marketer in a remarkably short time.

Then the other day, a flash of lightning hit me. I felt a jolt of motivation and confidence that pushed me to hop on Claude AI (sorry, ChatGPT overlord) and start creating a web app. Looks like I'm a vibe coder now. This wasn’t just another side project—it was the beginning of something real.

I swear, it has been an incredible little journey so far. I’ve learned how to articulate my vision through prompts, define technical requirements, anticipate data challenges, and build something that solves a real problem in the Google Ads space. But most importantly, I've been so excited about doing it.

For years, coding felt out of reach. It was this mysterious, intimidating mountain I never thought I’d climb. Learning how to code seemed like the most daunting task, and I always hesitated to take it on. But now, with the right AI tools and a willingness to experiment, anyone can build something meaningful. All it takes is patience, persistence, and a willingness to get uncomfortable.

These are exciting times for marketers who are ready to evolve.

And while we're on the subject of building stuff, here’s some hot news: I’ll be setting my new app live in the coming weeks. It’s built specifically for Google Ads nerds like me—and it's designed to save time, surface insights faster, and make account management more strategic.

If you've seen my LinkedIn posts lately, you'll know I've been talking about negative keywords and Google guardrails, and also my vibe coding challenges. So...

Get ready, Google Ads folks. Something smart is coming.
